π Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in any APEIRON program or using our student database system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
π 1. Coaching Session Policies
π Attendance & Punctuality
- Regular attendance required. Minimum 85% recommended.
- Arrive at least five minutes before each session.
- Each session lasts for 1 hour per day.
- Adhere to your scheduled time; sessions cannot be extended.
π Rescheduling & Cancellation
- 14 days' notice required to reschedule.
- Without notice, session deducted from hours.
- We'll arrange alternative date or refund if unable.
- Not liable for travel costs or lost opportunities.
π± Written Notices
- Via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or recorded delivery.
- Notices considered served at time of delivery.
- Keep proof of delivery for your records.
π 2. Code of Conduct & Appropriate Behavior
β Expected Behavior
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
- No disruptive, abusive, or offensive language
- Follow classroom rules and instructions
- Maintain academic integrity (no cheating/plagiarism)
- Use institute property responsibly
β οΈ Termination Clause
We reserve the right to terminate sessions or enrollment without any liability or refund if your behavior is deemed unacceptable, represents a security risk, causes a nuisance to others, or violates our code of conduct.
π Academic Integrity
- Complete and submit homework by deadlines
- Late submissions may affect evaluations
- Study materials remain APEIRON intellectual property
- Materials may not be reproduced without permission
π° 3. Fee & Payment Policy
π΅ Fee Structure
- Day wise: Payment per individual session
- Monthly: Fixed monthly payment
- One-time Semester: Single payment for entire semester
- Net fee = Total fee - applicable discounts
π Payment Deadlines
- 5% late fee per week on outstanding amount
- Temporary suspension of sessions until payment received
- Removal from batch if overdue by more than 30 days
π³ Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer / Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
- Cash payment at institution (receipt provided)
- Credit/Debit Card via secure gateway
π Refund Policy
- Session Cancellations by APEIRON: Full refund if alternative date cannot be arranged.
- Student Withdrawal: Pro-rata refund minus 10% administrative fee.
- Missed Sessions (Student's fault): No refund without 14 days' notice.
- Outstanding Dues: No refund until all dues are cleared.
β οΈ Important: Students with outstanding fees beyond the grace period will not be permitted to attend sessions, receive certificates, or access academic records until all dues are cleared.
π 4. Academic Policies
π Assessment & Progress
- Regular assessments, quizzes, and progress reports
- Parents/guardians receive periodic updates
- Homework must be submitted by deadlines
π Parent-Teacher Communication
- Open communication encouraged
- Meetings can be scheduled with prior notice
- Contact via email or WhatsApp
π Course Materials
- Maximum 2 printed materials per class
- Lost materials: 5 Taka per page for replacement
- Presentations and worksheets are intellectual property

π Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, email, class, subject preferences
- Payment Information: Fee structure, discounts, payment mode
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device info
- Communication Data: Remarks, queries, feedback

- Password-protected access to records
- Local storage encryption
- HTTPS for encrypted transmission
- Limited access to authorized administrators
πΆ Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information without consent, please contact us immediately.

- Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate information
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured format

βοΈ 6. Governing Law & Limitation of Liability
π Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
βοΈ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEIRON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding three months.
π 7. Batch Schedule Options
Batch A (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Suitable if your house is a bit far from our coaching center.
Options: Sat, Mon, Wed OR Sun, Tue, Thu
Batch B (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
If your house is located near our coaching center.
Options: Sat, Mon, Wed OR Sun, Tue, Thu
Batch C (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
Another option for those living closer to the coaching center.
Options: Sat, Mon, Wed OR Sun, Tue, Thu
