Late Payment

5% late fee per week on outstanding amount
Temporary suspension of sessions until payment received
Removal from batch if overdue by more than 30 days

Refund Policy

APEIRON Cancellation: Full refund if alternative date cannot be arranged
Student Withdrawal: Pro-rata refund minus 10% administrative fee
Missed Sessions (Student's fault): No refund without 14 days' notice
Outstanding Dues: No refund until all dues are cleared

Yes, a one-time admission fee of 2,500 BDT applies for new students, covering assessment and initial study materials.

❓ How do I get a receipt?

For cash payments, you will receive a receipt on the spot. For mobile banking, your transaction screenshot serves as proof. We can provide an official receipt upon request.

❓ What if I miss a payment deadline?

A 5% late fee applies per week on outstanding amounts. Sessions may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

❓ Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes, 10% discount for the second sibling and 15% for the third sibling. This can be combined with other scholarships.

❓ How do I know my payment has been received?

We will send you a confirmation message within 24 hours of receiving your payment. You can also check with our billing department.
